IDEATION & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT:
  • Establishing the conceptual direction of the project identifying the concept behind the next stages.
  • Establishing the interior identity for the project & key elements.

INTERIOR DESIGN:
  • Starting from conceptual drawings to production of accurate 3d visuals & construction documents.
  • Custom product design.
  • Furniture, material, and lighting design & Selection.
  • Custom product designs and visualization.
  • Tender Documentation / BOQ.
SUPPLY SERVICES:
  • Supplying ready or custom designed furniture, case-goods, lighting, fabrics, flooring and wall materials.
  • Provide logistical services including handling, insurance, shipping and delivery.
  • Quality control and sampling.
PROJECT SUPERVISION:
  • Insuring top quality is being applied during execution.
  • Approving on site samples on behalf of the client.
  • Verifying execution is as per designer drawings.
  • Approving visual appearances (only) of the following networks: HVAC, MEP.
  • Scheduled site visits and submitting site status monthly/weekly reports.
